This Service Agreement between Allen Irrigation and our clients are valid for one season, beginning at signing date (spring 2025) and end in November 2025. Allen Irrigation agrees that this Service Agreement will consist of all of the following services.

Annual Spring Activation

  1. Check performance of all valves and sprinkler heads.

  2. Run system to check irrigation coverage.

  3. Make all adjustments and nozzle changes as needed.

  4. Reprogram irrigation controller.


Annual Winterization (starting Nov. 1st)

  1. Clear out all irrigation lines with compressed air.

  2. Ensure backflow preventer is clear of water.

  3. De-activate irrigation controller.

​Allen Irrigation is not and will not be responsible for any damages to the system due to freezing

This Service Agreement also provides you with the following benefits:
✓  Priority emergency service visits within 48 hours.
✓  Priority scheduling for repair work as needed. (sprinkler heads, valves, controllers, irrigation lines)
✓  Priority scheduling for any new projects such as installing new irrigation lines, new smart
     controller installation, etc.
✓  20% discount on all parts and materials as needed.

Annual Service Agreement Plan $300.00

  • Spring activation to ensure system is up and running properly

  • 1 summer visit to ensure all sprinkler heads and zones are working properly as
    well as zone adjustments as needed for wet or dry areas on the property.

  • Winterization of system starting on November 1st to properly ensuring all water
    is out of all lines.

​Pre-payment Agreement
By signing and paying for the entire 2025 season irrigation system service, I will receive 20% discounts on parts and materials as well as priority service and scheduling. Allen Irrigation & Landscape Lighting LLC shall not be liable for damages to the irrigation system due to forces beyond its control such as freezing, electrical issues, etc. Should anyone other than Allen Irrigation & Landscape Lighting LLC perform service on this system during this season, this contract will be void and no refund will be given.
